• September – November 2024: Secure 15 sponsors

• October 2024: Invite artists to submit starfish designs

• November 2024: Artist designs shortlisted by Starfish Galaxy panel

• November - December 2024: Sponsors select their designs

• December - January 2025: Sculptures delivered to Artists for painting

• March - April 2025: Sculptures installed across Hornsea

• May – September 2025: Trail open to the public
